Great location! The gym actually looked like the pictures, and my bed was super comfy!
But really, the room reminded me of a cozy prison cell-who doesn't love being unable to breathe fresh air? And don't get me started on the HVAC-sounded like a jet taking off!

Well priced place, service-minded staff. The breakfast with reasonable prices. Excellent location in the ' financial ' district. Also - close enough to the adjecent restaurant' Elephant & Castle' as well as a very cool restaurant / pub too. Very good customer care, parking close to the hotel. Everything very good.

The units were nicely decorated and well-equipped for the value.
Views are not very good.

The location was more prime than a piece of aged steak, with all the major attractions just a short stroll away. The room was cozy and modern, and I seemed like a true urban adventurer every time I stepped out. Plus, the complimentary water stations were a game-changer. Hydration level? Off the charts!

It made our trip to Chicago a very nice experience. The reason we loved it was exceptional location and rooms. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious!

The room was clean, although small, very comfortable and conveniently furnished, the guest closet had iron and board, the drinking water dispenser by the elevator was very convenient, I'd go back.

The Superior Queen room was well organized and pretty comfy, especially after the marathon. I loved the lower step in the shower since my legs were tired. Temperature control was spot on, and the space was perfect. The only downside was the thin walls, so I could hear some noise from the hallway now and then.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in the city. Virtually any place of interest can be reached on foot. I really liked that there was a water dispenser on each floor, with refillable bottles. Great for both drinking water in the room, and taking you for long walks around town. I also liked that I had a good coffee maker in the room (this is quite common in the USA).
I found the double bed very uncomfortable. Small, both wide, two people fit right, and long, I'm 187cm tall and I'm sticking my feet out, the first time this has happened to me in the USA. Small closet and few drawers. Little space in the bathroom to leave the belongings. The AC/Heater didn't seem to work. The first day we arrived with cold but we couldn't get warm air to warm us up. The rest of the days we turned it off, luckily the weather on the street was very good, neither hot nor cold, and we were able to hold the temperature well. The last night there was something in the air ducts that didn't stop making a very annoying noise that didn't let us rest.

Great central location but room could use updates
I enjoyed my stay, especially the great location which allowed me easy access to Chicago's attractions. The staff was helpful and responsive, particularly with accommodating my room change request. The room itself felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh to enhance overall comfort.
